National Wellbeing Index to evaluate government policy impact

The Labour Party proposes introducing a National Wellbeing Index to assess the impact of government measures beyond economic indicators. The index would be built on 10 dimensions and 20 indicators, with each dimension contributing equally (10%) to the overall score.

MANIFEST PL: Il-Prim Ministru jispjega kif se jitħaddem l-indiċi tal-benessere Għall-ewwel darba, il-Partit Laburista se jkun l-ewwel partit politiku f'pajjiżna, li se jkun qiegħed jevalwa l-impatt tal-miżuri tiegħu mhux biss f’termini ekonomiċi u ta’ flus fil-but tan-nies, iżda wkoll permezz ta’ kemm il-ħajja tal-individu qiegħda tassew tinbidel għall-aħjar. L-Indiċi tal-Benessere se jkun mibni fuq 10 dimensjonijiet differenti, flimkien ma’ 20 indikatur. Kull dimensjoni se tkun rappreżentata minn żewġ indikaturi b’piż ekwu. Dan ifisser li kull dimensjoni se tkun qed tikkontribwixxi 10% għall-indiċi totali, filwaqt li kull wieħed miż-żewġ indikaturi fi ħdan id-dimensjoni jammonta għal 50% tagħha.
