Full public funding for employer-provided worker upskilling and reskilling training

PN proposes that training programmes offered by employers to help workers develop new skills or adapt to changing job demands would be fully funded. Companies providing such upskilling or reskilling initiatives would have the costs of these programmes entirely financed.
